I am the owner and psychotherapist of Looking Glass Counseling, LLC and have been in private practice since 2009. I provide individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults within Denver, Evergreen and nearby communities. I offer telehealth sessions in addition to in-office visits. I am also the Director of Therapy at Resilience1220 in Evergreen, CO, providing counseling to youth and young adults in the mountain communities. I offer professional consultation and supervision to therapists in need of professional support and/or licensure hours.My work relies heavily on a strength-based and cognitive-behavioral framework, providing supportive and skill-based therapies. I provide evidence-based treatments such as CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which are recognized as highly effective for specific Anxiety Disorders such as OCD, phobias and perfectionism. In addition to young people, I am passionate about working with women experiencing life transitions, stress and anxiety and depression, including issues related to motherhood, work/life balance, relationships and perfectionism.
