This was my first time serving as a coordinator, which provided me with a significant opportunity to hone my leadership skills. This role required me to be effective in task delegation, team management, and ensuring that each team member understood their responsibilities. Additionally, I had to ensure that all activities ran smoothly, on time, and according to the planned schedule. This experience not only strengthened my organizational abilities but also enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills.I am grateful to the Executive Board for entrusting me with the role of Coordinator in the Supporting division. I also appreciate all the team members who collaborated well and showed high dedication in carrying out each assigned task. Their support and teamwork were invaluable in achieving our common goals.These experiences, along with my role as Coordinator in the Supporting division, have shaped me into a better professional, ready to face greater challenges in the future. I am always eager to continue learning and growing, and to contribute my best to any team I am a part of.
