-Career Events-2015-Pre 2019: Played mixed jobs including Uber Driver, Food Delivery Driver, Retail Sales Associate & Campus Ambassador, Data Entry Clerk, Landscaper, Independent Media Buyer, Bartender, DancerDecember 2017: Studied and graduated in Psychology with a focus of using skills for sales and marketing purposes.January-August 2019: Hired as a Telemarketer for a Call Center in my hometown. Worked my way up to being a Call Center Manager in 4 months and oversee 17 agents doing 15 donation campaigns. Turned the Call Center from doing $300/day into doing $2000-$3000/day all from donation campaignsAugust-2019 to Now: Met a guy at Affiliate Summit East August 2019 and was hired as a Media Buyer to run Pay Per Call Offers, Moved to an Account Manager role. In August 2020 successfully made my first bonus check. September 2020 informally took the position as Operations Manager after the COO left the company, quadrupled the company revenue in 3 months. In July 2021, successfully got my Life Insurance and Health Insurance License in September 2021 and started an Insurance Company. In October 2021, I was formally promoted to Director of Operations, with the new responsibility to manage the managers and build new process and procedures, and increase the company revenue.February 2023: Officially passed my Property & Casualty Insurance Exam.October 2023: Became COO of the companyDecember 2023: Transitioned my whole Operations department to my assistant. And moved to work on building out a new department.
