As the Founder of FlashSpread (a FinTech SaaS product), I took the company from concept to revenue in just over 6 months and eventually lead the company to an acquisition in 2021. As the VP of Commercial Strategic Partnerships, I now mostly spend my time focusing on things such as Revenue Growth, GTM, and identifying new market opportunities. And I still have fun helping to guide the commercial division's overall product vision and strategy.

DealKeeper is a FinTech SaaS Loan Lifecycle Management Platform for the Real Estate Investment Space. Here I am tasked with wearing many hats as employee number 1. I acted as the sole customer liaison, technical product manager and and new business developer achieving topline revenues close to $1M in 2 years and helped grow the company to over 25 employees over the first 3 years.

Hearing Fusion is an enterprise software platform for the audiology industry. This software manages the Patient's data, inventory, billing as well as the Audiologist's schedule. Here I performed various operational activities in the early stages of this company. Duties included managing offshore development teams, designing new features based on industry trends and customer acquisition

Assisted the Director of new ventures with respect to market and financial feasibility of new products and ventures based on USC owned intellectual property. Helped with business plans and presentations for early-stage ventures.

Evaluated entrepreneur pitches and new business screenings. Conducted market feasibility analyses and due diligence for any investment opportunity that garners significant interest from the TCA members.

RKS Design is strategic design consultancy delivering human-focused solutions with impact. Here I helped a fortune 100 company reinvent one of its stagnant business units. Identifying new potential revenue streams and then designing the economic models and strategies for those new ventures.

Transitioned from creditor to an equity stakeholder and active member of the Board of Directors through the conversion of a bridge loan. As an active Board Member I helped grow revenues from $150k to $1.5M. I also developed a unique retail operations plan. Other involvement included Identifying potential buyers, working on the pitch book, creating valuation models and eventually selling the company.

Led a team of technical developers and financial analysts tasked with creating enterprise financial statements. Reported to the CFO with a budget in excess of $600M. Promoted 3 times in 3 years: contract employee, full-time employee and finally transitioned to a lead position.

Worked on the technical initiatives within Saks's marketing department. Mined current and historical data to model and analyze trends and presented my findings and made recommendations for future marketing campaigns directly to the executive board and marketing department.
