The focus on tactics, digital and the latest hot technology has resulted in all too many companies putting the tactical cart in front of the strategic horse. I’m here to counter some of the hype. I spend most of my time with clients working on diagnosis and strategy, before we even talk about VR headsets and the latest Facebook ads. I’m proud to say those are all clients who opt to do things in a more strategic, and crucially, more profitable way.
