As an experienced Information Technology Practitioner and working in the industry over 20 years since graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University and awarded the BSc. In Computing Studies (Information Systems), I have been served in several worldwide Corporations (such as the IBM(HK) Corp., SC Johnson Ltd., EDS (HK)Ltd., etc.).My IT SDLC and project management experience was enriched with several large scale projects in various government departments such as the Housing Authority, Legal Aid Department, Student Financial Assistance Agency, ICAC, Education and Manpower Bureau, Immigration Department. Beside the government projects, I was also participated in managing the projects in other industries such as enhancing the institutional portal site for the Hong Kong Science Park, foreign exchange system and anti-money laundry system in ABN Amro Bank, and Japan Pension Fund Information System for Asiagenda(HK)Ltd. I was also worked for Fubon Bank and Bank of China as a Quality&Security Manager.So, I got solid knowledge on the project development cycle, project management and IT Audit Works. To maintain the professionalism in the IT industry, I got the MBA in 1998 and awarded as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2008 as well as the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) in 2011. I was also gained the qualification of Financial Planner in China (ChFP).In 2014, I established GRANT Consulting to provide the services on IT Auditing, IT integrated solution & project management as well as the advisory service on financial planning.
