2013 – PRESENT - PROCESSING AND DOCUMENTATION OFFICER (OPERATIONS DIVISION)• Communicates with the principal, as needed and regular check on the workers deployed. • Handles of principals' queries and complaints, pro-active plans. • Briefs and discussion of principal’s expectations prior to worker’s deployment. • De-briefing and discussion of needs upon worker’s return. • Reviews and approves monthly revenue/billing reports required by Accounting. • Monitor progress of all approved candidates on status of mobilization using the common file (AAPR)• Maintenance of updated list of candidates for mobilization. • Compile, arrange and process all pre-employment requirements of the selected candidates, as required by the principal• Support the candidates during the recruitment process. For this purpose, the term “support” shall mean–Guiding and thoroughly explaining to the candidates the steps involved in the process of their applications–Procedures for securing visa and other documentary requirements–Regularly communicate with the candidate by phone, SMS, email for updates• Provide updates on a weekly basis (FRIDAYS) to ensure that the selected candidates are deployed within the agreed period.2013 – PRESENT - QUALITY REPRESENTATIVE• Coordinating with Quality Management Representative and the QA department all matters covering their respective Integrated Management System. • Ensuring the Integrated Management System of their department are implemented and maintained. • Ensuring that effective corrective actions are taken immediately by their department and implemented.

• Ensure that compliance of necessary documents, deployment and post-deployment services are rendered by selected candidates. • Handle accounts and maintain good relationship with clients and workers. • Overall monitoring of candidates ready for deployment• Ensure that important information shall be relayed to the candidates during briefing and orientation. • Exchange communication with OPD COC from time to time regarding the status of selected candidates. • Participates in all ISO related activities and perform other tasks assigned by the EXECOM. • Respond incoming communication within the day and attend Managerial Meeting if necessary.

• Assisted workers for deployment bound to Middle East. Australia Etc. In-charge in briefing prior deployment. Showed expertise in dealing with workers as well as clients abroad. • Ensure that important information shall be relayed to the candidates during briefing and orientation. • Ensure that the activities inside the team are according to the process and in liaise with the management’s standard rules and regulations. • Ensure that only fit to work shall be deployed with proper documentation.

• Assisted inbound employers jurisdiction, which added to their repeated transaction with the company. Completed updates of estimated 300 employees’ status reports which in turn boosted the company’s relation to inbound employers.
