  Roundtable On Sustainable Palm Oil (Rspo)

  Responsible for overseeing the codification and communication of the RSPO’s outcomes and impacts, aligned with the RSPO’s Theory of Change (TOC) and causal chains. The RSPO’s TOC is the overall framework that drives the vision of the RSPO in making sustainable palm oil the norm, and the causal chains that underpin the TOC need to be continuously improved, refined, and tested for rigor to translate the theory into actual change in reality. Balance the RSPO’s philosophy in the Theory of Change with the RSPO’s actual impact in ensuring and encouraging the sustainable production of palm oil, and how to address the gaps in between.Also act as an ambassador for the RSPO, engaging with stakeholders and the public to narrate the RSPO’s impacts and achievements in line with its evolving standards. Interaction and cooperation with peer sustainability standards organizations through the ISEAL Alliance is an aspect intended to ensure that the RSPO remains relevant, innovative, and forward-thinking to evolve correctly for a rapidly changing sustainability conversation. The Impacts function within the RSPO is supported by the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Research & Evidence, Knowledge Management, Quality Assurance, Dataand Market Intelligence functions.
