Arif has more than eleven (11) years’ experience as a structural engineer in oil and gas industry. He has involved on wide range of engineering phases including conceptual study, front end engineering design, detailed engineering design, and construction support on both offshore and onshore projects. He has finished many brown filed projects on offshore structures design also experienced on carried out some green field projects. He has expertise in structural analyses for fixed offshore platform using SACS Programs both in-service and pre-service analyses. Detail calculation is carried out as back up calculation for global structural analyses, developed using simple modeling; hand calculation; and also in-house spreadsheet. Also has special concern on drawing production, specifically on checking the logic of structural drawings on regard to engineering calculations and other disciplines consideration. Arif has many experienced on lead and manage the structural team consist of engineers, designers, and drafters to accomplish multi discipline project in accordance with schedules and allocated hours. Arif also positioned as structural department coordinator for a last years that has responsibility to coordinate and arrange the manpower utilities in completion all projects. As department coordinator also play a role as HoD deputy regarding to administrative issues and technical assistance.Area of expertise1.
