- Provide good project management leadership & Implementing established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program.- Manage full turnkey process and delivery key milestones to ensure quality of works.- Responsibility of scheduling, tracking and reporting of progress to management.- Actively work closely with all relevant parties to resolve issue to mitigate the impact to the implementation.- Provide solutions to any roadblocks of project delivery.- Perform good coordination with third parties to fulfill project quality and specification. - Supervising and leading the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and inter dependencies between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the executive leadership team.- Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues.- Customer Visit/Project Support - Monthly Reconciliation Meeting with customer, according to blocking issue of KPI and document administration submission- Monitor and control of Closing PO - Maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs, recruits, interview, test and select employees to fill vacant positions, KPI evaluation, set up the regulation- Monitor and Control of Contract Management for All PO received.- Lead the planning and implementation of project- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables- Define project tasks and resource requirements- Develop full scale project plans- Plan and schedule project timelines- Provide direction and support to project team- quality assurance- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs- Project evaluations and assessment of Project Achievement.- implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with applicable processes
