Alert the management of major variances to realize reasonable use of budget and prepare for financial reviewLead the preparations and maintenance for all accounting books in accordance with IFRS (for Group consolidated financial reporting) and PSAK (for Local Statutory reporting).Define the scope and determine approaches to analyze, develop and communicate financial operational results to provide information and recommendation to management.Coordinate the annual audit and prepare the company’s comprehensive Annual Financial Report to the Board of DirectorsLead the tax team in handling various tax matters (Audits, Objections, Court Appeals, and Reconsideration processes) that are faced by BASF legal entities in Indonesia; ensure Tax Compliance within the applicable Indonesia’s tax regulations; Develop good forward looking Tax Planning to reduce tax exposure to the companies (PTBI and BCCI).

The company is the pioneer and innovator in the field of Road construction and Pavement technologyBASIC FUNCTION and SCOPE :Reporting to the President Director, I was responsible to direct all of the company activities at the group level, such as: obtaining favorable financing for business units operating under the holding company; receipt, disbursement and protection of cash; preservation of company assets and the investment of the surplus funds, specifically : cash management ; banking & banking relations, as well as insurance, credit control and collections, trust investments, and financial hedging.Supervising and coordinating a team of five Finance managers to ensure sufficient liquidity for the group companies in day to day operations.ACCOMPLISHMENT :Successfully restructure, reschedule and negotiate the Group’s total Bank loan exposure of IDR 40 billion to an acceptable platform between the banks and the company, particularly in an effort to find win-win solutions between the two parties during the economic crisis in 1997/1998 Indonesia.Successfully renegotiate more lenient payment terms for the Group’s current leasing obligations, i.e. : obtaining more favorable exchange rate term for USD denomination loan and haircut on the Principal.
