I've been managing projects and teams for over 15 years. Especially, I've experienced the development and operations of Cloud, SAAS systems. For the last 3.5 years I have been the software development director of e-Logo, the market leader of the e-Invoice in Turkey (% 20+ market share). Complying with e-Invoice regulations, adding features according to customer needs, following new technologies, developing new e-services, managing a team of 20 people were the main responsibilities of my role. I have also worked together with other Logo partner companies in Romania, Greece and India, to start up to the e-Invoice global market.• Monitoring e-Government integration (e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill etc.) processes, following the regulations and making software developments• Development planning of other e-Services (e-Reconciliation, banking, financial solutions etc.) determining the development strategies of the products (e-Reconciliation, banking, financial solutions etc.)• Monitoring scrum steps• Release planning• Following system performances and making improvements with relevant business units• Following up new technologies and making plans to adapt the systems to these technologies• DevOps Process• Business / project planning with other units• Collaborating with Third Party companies, business partners, dealers and private customers • Team performance tracking, goal setting, ensuring that the team complies with the goals • Identifying data security risks and planning necessary improvements• Managing capacity and resource planning processes with the system team• Supporting the legal unit in the contract processes of projects and partnerships Show less
