Manage and supervise city O&M activities for city wide public assets, in line with the organizational operating policies and procedures in an effort to attain corporate goals and objectives; by performing the following duties:- Monitor Service providers performance- Follow-up O&M of common public areas/facilities (roads, bridges, canals, gates) services day-day activities- Ensure customer satisfaction as applicable- BUDGET preparation and cost control- Develop services technical scope of Fire Hydrants- Develop services level agreement and KPI’s• Coordinate with consultants/contractors for assets handover• Service provider performance and compliance with contract terms• Monitor and escalate quality of work of O&M service provider• Prepare O&M plans & report execution status• Follow-up day-day activities and ensure fixes and enhancement are proactively done• Ensure KPI’s with service provider are met in accordance with the agreed contract terms• Planning approval and supervision of the application tables and periodic preventive maintenance• Preparation and approval has been obtained to monitor the operation and maintenance budget of the department while ensuring the efficient use of resources and effectiveness• To provide resources when needed as required• Make recommendation for the development and guidance for all procedures covered by the maintenance activities• Ensure that operation and maintenance schedules are applied according to plans• Coordination with the peers to make sure that all requirements are implemented in a timely and cost effective way • Ensure service level agreements are agreed and met in full to our customers satisfaction• Attending meetings with, peers, Contractors Project Managers, Consultants and advise on any risk related matters • Review and escalate all O&M contractual scope of work for immediate rectification
