Project Handled- Shop Fabrication and Field Erected Tank work (9 Units Tank)Duties and Responsibilities- Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications/procedures- Responsible for the successful execution of the contractual and statutory requirements- Liaise with planning manager for look ahead and target programs, monitor and control subcontractors’ performance and progress based on construction schedule- Utilize, monitor and maintain project schedules, drawings, specifications, daily tasks, checking the progress of the work, and develop the project work plan and time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired targe- Prepare and review construction method statements and procedures related the work- Assisting in preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project.

Project Handled- Field Erection 2 Units Refrigerated Tank - LPG Refrigerated Tanjung Sekong – Cilegon- Shop Fabrication and Erection 1 Unit Service Water Tank - LPG Refrigerated Tanjung Sekong – CilegonDuties and Responsibilities- Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates- Provide BQ compare with BOM to manage dispute of material provide by Company- Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales- Utilize, monitor and maintain project schedules, drawings, specifications, daily tasks, checking the progress of the work - Assisting in preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project.- Review and develop the project work plan and time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired target

Project Handled1 Unit Storage Tank Project with Capacity 20.000 KL at TBBM Pertamina – Jakarta GroupNature of workTank foundation work, tank erection and welding works, piping installation, and painting work.Duties and Responsibilities- Coordination with client and subcontractors- Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement- Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost- Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output- Ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards- Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff- Report the progress of work to the Project Manager- Assisting in preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project

Project Handled- Supervise and control shop fabrication for 22 Units Storage Tank- Erection, welding, and painting for 22 Units Storage Tank- Mechanical equipment installation and welding work at Utility and Process Area- Mechanical completion for all mechanical equipment, piping, and testing until hand over to commissioning and operation.Duties and Responsibilities- Ensuring the works is performed in accordance with the specifications/procedures- Responsible for the successful execution of the contractual and statutory requirements- Liaise with planning manager for look ahead and target programs- Monitor and control subcontractors’ performance and progress based on construction schedule- Checking the progress of the work at sites as per program- Develop and propose mechanical design for construction- Ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards- Assisting in preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project.- Prepare and ensure work permit already complete before starting the work- Prepare work package for commissioning and operation working area- Review and develop the project work plan and time scheduling of project activities to achieve the desired target
