I joined the company as a senior project manager/operations manager to manage various construction projects for the company in the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Also developed a 5 year roadmap of SBC deployment across the country by analyzing traffic model and existing interconnection partners.- Providing feedback on various regulatory related quires from ICASA. - Participated in developing multiple RFQs such as "Roaming steering", "IP Multimedia subsystem", "Migration of international voice and signaling traffic" etc.

I joined the company as part of the Cell C graduate training program and upon completing my internship I was offered a permanent position as a Core engineer. My responsibilities along with some key projects i was involved in are following:- Capacity planning and traffic engineering of various core network elements such as MSC,MGW,HLR,STP etc.- Performance monitoring and identification of problem areas and assisting in resolving identified problems.- Assisted in planning of the migration of Core network elements from Siemens to Huawei- Assisted in planning and coordinating the migration of TDM based CN to an all IP CN (Inter-MGW VOIP) with minimal service interruption.- Planned and coordinated migration of A interface to IP ( AoIP by swapping TDM based BSCs to AoIP based BSCs)- Assisted in planning and coordination of activities related to MSC pooling project (3GPP 23.236) by providing input in project plan, resource plan, post implementation performance monitoring etc.- Evaluated and planned various CN element features, licenses, interfaces etc. for the 3G-launch readiness as well as performance analysis of post implementation.
