تعارفرخ نسل نونسل انسانی کا اگر غور سے مطالعہ کیا جائے تو چند باتیں بڑی واضح نظر آتی ہیں۔ اولا: انسان زیادہ دیر تک تنہا نہیں رہ سکتا لہذا اسے مل جل کر ہی رہنا ہے۔دوم: وہ اپنی ساری ضروریات کو اکیلا تن تنہا پورا نہیں کرسکتا، لہذا اسے دوسرے افراد کی مدد کی ضرورت ہے۔سوم: پہلی اور دوسری صورتحال سے نبرد آزمائی کے لئے انسان کو بنیادی اخلاق واوصاف اختیار کرنے کی ضرورت درپیش ہے، جن کے بغیر انسانی تعامل ممکن نہیں رہتا۔اسی بنیاد پر یہ بات اخذ کی جاسکتی ہے کہ انسانی باہمی ابلاغ اور اعلی اخلاق کسی بھی انسانی معاشرے کی ترقی کے بنیادی اجزاء میں شامل ہیں اور دیگر وسائل سے مل کر اس قوم کو ترقی سے ہمکنار کرسکتے ہیں۔چہارم: انسان معاشی ضروریات کو پورا کرنے کے لئے اپنے علاوہ اپنے گھرانے کا کفیل اور خاندان کے زیر کفالت بھی ہے۔ پنجم: انسان اگر موجود وسائل خاصکر قدرتی وسائل کا بہتر استعمال جان لے تو خوشحال رہ سکتا ہے۔ششم: مادی وسائل کے بمراہ انسانی وسائل کا ہونا بھی ضروری ہے، اس میں ہنرمندی ایک لازمی عنصر ہے۔ہفتم: اپنی ضرورتوں کے اظہار کے لیے زبان ایک لازمی چیز ہے۔ہشتم: وہ اپنی بے چینی کی کیفیت یا اضطرابی حالت سے نکل کر سکون کے لیے عقائد ونظریات کا حامل بھی رہنا چاہتا ہے۔نہم: ابتداء توحید سے کرتا ہے پھر وسوسوں کی دنیا میں گھر کر شرک کی مختلف اقسام کا شکار ہوجاتا ہے۔دہم: انسانی بگاڑ کے سدھار کے لیے اخلاقی تعلیم اور اقدار کی ضرورت ہے۔ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالی نے آفرینش ہی سے انسان کی رہنمائی کے لیے آدم اول کو اس کی حدود وقیود سے آگاہ کردیا تھا اور اخلاقی ترقی کے لیے رہنما اصولوں سے روشناس کروا دیا تھا۔صرف اور صرف اخلاقی تعلیم وتربیت جو ایک اعلی اخلاقی ماحول میں دی جائے وہی رہنمائی مہیا کرسکتی ہے۔ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ جہاں جہاں معاشرہ اخلاقی انحطاط کا شکار ہے وہاں کا خیرخواہ اور سنجیدہ عنصر آج کے نوجوان کو اپنے بہتر مستقبل کے لیے اس کی مدد کرے تاکہ وہ ایک با اخلاق ومفید شہری بنے اور اس معاشرے کی ضرورتوں اور امنگوں کو محسوس کرکے معاشی ڈھانچے کی تعمیر وترقی میں اپنا مثبت کردار ادا کرسکے۔

Director Programs shares oversight on several of HHRD Pakistan Programs and Projects, Coordination in the field and leads its Research and Development Section.

The restructuring of organisation has brought changes in the role and responsibilities of Director Programs. Now this position steers following six thematic areas along with several cross-cutting themes:1. Livelihood - includes skills development, women empowerment, poverty eradication and community development through model village initiative.2. Orphans Support - comprehensive child development in 50+ places (clusters) throughout Pakistan3. Children with Disabilities - comprehensive rehabilitation of children with special abilities in 8 districts throughout Pakistan4. In Kind Gifts - providing support to the poor, the public- and charity-run health sector, schools hostels, persons with disabilities and WASH related activities5. Education - scholarships and character training to young orphan graduates, infrastructure development support to educational institutions, teachers benefits support, capacity building of teaching staff and exposure visits to separate groups of male and female youth.6. Youth Development initiatives - volunteering and engaging youth in positive social change, internships to professionally groom the young, social development of youth, economic empowerment and career counseling whether the youth belong to universities or graduating from HHRD's programs.7. Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation Program (Mansehra Center) since June 2022.This position is challenging assignment for me to provide my team leadership on thematic development and; 1. networking with implementing partners, government and sectoral colleagues, 2. development of programs' manual, monitoring system, quality enhancement through strategic vision setting,3. management reviews and 4. reporting on achievements of projects' objectives, their effectiveness and impact on the lives of project beneficiaries.

The recent changes have brought stability in the organization and several programs have been assigned to three different directors abolishing the director programs as the sole position dealing with all the program managers. The director livelihood and empowerment will be dealing both themes in the organization and related projects, e.g. Skills Development empowering women in 15 districts of Pakistan; Prime Minister's interest free loans projects in 15 UCs of 5 districts of AJK, KP and Balochistan; the Youth Empowerment program covering whole Pakistan; and, In Kind Gifts donation program serving educational institutions, health facilities and poor in the slum areas throughout Pakistan, in addition rehabilitation of children and persons with disability in 5 districts is the portfolio for this position.

The director of programs is responsible for the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of organization’s all 11 programs in accordance with the standards set out by the organization. These programs fall into five thematic areas:1. Development2. Empowerment3. Emergency Relief4. Capacity Building5. Awareness and AdvocacyAs a member of the senior management team, the director of programs participates in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives in addition to problem solving. We have created 27 clusters inside Pakistan and one in the neighboring Eastern Provinces of Afghanistan (4,500+ Children) where social organizers help 100-300 most vulnerable school going children in each community learn life skills, build social capital, dream about their careers and gain power of decision making along side completing their schooling.Model II: We work with indigenous community organizations help their 500+ most vulnerable school going children.Model III: We work with non-governmental organizations build their capacities and ways in helping the most vulnerable children effectively.
