Website development includes Designing the Landing Page, Improving Website Speed, and SEO Enhancement for marketing purposes.𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:☑️Executed design enhancements for the Homepage, Contact Us, Articles, Projects, Header, and Footer sections of the Relifeproperty.com website, achieving a 75% improvement.☑️Improving the page speed of the website from previously undetected levels to achieve a score of 60-80 out of 100, indicating a satisfactory level of performance.☑️Publishing articles on the website to enhance SEO and achieve a 7.25% increase in click-through rate (CTR) on relifeproperty.com links.☑️Assisting in monitoring digital assets for Relife across three projects in Jakarta city.☑️Organized a successful outdoor soft launch event for a project, achieving 100% attendance of the target audience and a 90% overall event success rate.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ☑️ Extracted submitted data from training participants, distributed participants' work to Class Administrators for assessment, and conducted quality control (QC) on the completed assessments.𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:☑️Managed daily distribution of assessment tasks to Class Administrators, handling up to 4,000 data entries with a 96% productivity rate.☑️Consistently maintained a 89%+ accuracy rate in quality control of assessment tasks, exceeding minimum standards.☑️Leveraged Looker Studio to extract and analyze daily participant data (500-4,000 entries), generating actionable insights.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ☑️ Assisting the Karier.mu Team in developing social media content, campaigns and products through surveys carried out by several methods, namely Literature Review, Questionnaires and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) Online with Google Meetings, Google Forms and Internet Sources. The resulting data is processed using Spredsheet and presented through Google Slides.𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ☑️Research on the 5 closest competitors and get results in the form of competitor data and provide 5 recommendations to increase the value of content on Instagram @kariermu☑️Conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to 12 willing respondents and 9 Willing Responden, with the aim of finding recommendations for changes to Karier.mu campaign content and succeeded in getting results in the form of 1 recommendation for Instagram feed and 1 recommendation for E-Banner.☑️Conduct research to find competitors engaged in teaching and managed to get 4 competitors with the same topic, and provide data on each competitor as many as 5, as a comparison for related product developments.☑️Conduct research to find competitors who conduct training with the webinar method on 5 specific topics and succeed in finding 7 competitors who match the criteria, and provide data for 5 each and recommendations for changes that can be made as many as 7 recommendations.☑️Conducted a survey with a teachership-themed questionnaire method and managed to get 40 respondents, and provided 3 recommendations from the results of the survey that had been conducted.☑️Conducting Final Project Activities in the form of Workshops with the theme of Teacher Training and English Interviews, and getting the responsibility to manage facilities and infrastructure. Responsible for Marketing Campaign conducted in Final Project and making copy or wording for Email blasting and push notifications as much as 10 copies that will be sent to 19000 prospective participants.
