Pre Contract Stage:- To execute the research on market with regards to positioning of the company on the market against the competitor and from the client perspective.- To execute the research on market with regards to looking for any potential opportunities on other business line and/or any area in domestic and international.- To execute the research on market with regards to development of the existing business lines which including but not limited to the scope and area coverage.- To execute preparation of any required paper, proposal, report and/or presentation of company operation/activities to any potential client.- To liaise with Tender Team and Business Unit for the process of Financial Modeling of Tenders.Contract Stage:- To execute commercial control system on the contract with regards to budget vs actual report.- To advise the Business Unit for any finding of over budget on the above report.Post Contract Stage:- To execute End of Well Report analysis after any contract complete in operational, commercial and contractual point of view, in order to provide the suggestion and learning process of any findings as the result of the analysis.Other:- To give any solution and/or suggestion to any department and business unit, including the management for any problem or mechanism which can give any value added for the company as a whole, from any aspect.- To have a deep understanding on the operation, activity and business of the company as a whole in macro perspective, in order to be able to identify the opportunity of development of the existing business lines and entering the new business line in the industry.- To have a deep understanding on contract management with regards to the commercial control system, operation and contractual.- To have the required analysis managed and completed correctly from the management by having a deep understanding on the scope and objective of the analysis, from both aim and timeline point of view.
