Job Responsibilities:-Recruitment & SelectionPrepare Job Advertisement, CV sorting and Monitoring, Making Interview Phone Call to the Expected Candidates, Arrange Written test, Evaluate exam paper, Conduct Interview to fulfill the selection Process. -Training & DevelopmentOrganize and Conduct Introductory Training for New Employee, Prepared various types of Training Schedule and organize Training for Personnel Development. -Performance AppraisalDistribute P.A form to expected Departments, Monitoring Appraisal Result, Prepare Monthly and yearly Appraisal Report and Submit to the Head of Dept.- HRISKeeping Software Entries of Detail Employee's Personal Information and regular update particular Database.-DocumentationManaging Employee's Personal File, Write & Develop Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Experience Letter, Probation Period Extension letter, Warning letter etc, Managing Leave Application form, Issuing Medical Book & Pass, Issuing Employee ID Card, Bank Account Application form, Maintain and Process for Foreign Employee's Visa Immigration, E- Visa Recommendation, Work-permit, Security Clearance, Police Clearance, Bank Account Application Etc.-IR (Disciplinary Proceeding & Counseling) -Payroll

CV sorting and verifying to assist Recruitment process.Making Phone Calls to the interview candidates.Prepare Interview and Training List.Assist HR to verifying of Employees joining and resign related documents.Verify of Employee belongings and assist for final clearance. Keeping software base entry Personal Data, Educational and Job Base Information of new employees by using HRMS.Checking correction of Employee Performance Appraisal.Assist to prepare Leave Balance.Assist to prepare Payroll with Promotion and Increment.Assist to organizing different Events.Assist to Conduct trainingAssist to investigate on Grievance Management
