- Evaluating and defining work scopes of aviation gas turbine MRO programs.- Designing special maintenance tools & fixtures, creating 3D data and technical drawings.- Supporting shop with tool manufacturing, procurement order and equipment deployment activities.- Developing technical integrity of operations to reduce operational costs.- Supporting engine assembly/teardown, inspection, repair and test operations.- Evaluating and implementing SBs, ADs and other engineering orders of OEMs and authorities to shop level compatible with company procedures and program scopes.- Communicating with design authorities and MRB to dispose any technical non-conformances and to maintain shop workflow.- Supporting materials planning and operations departments to comply with changing configurations.
