As the Senior Director of Early Access and Adoption at Guidewire Software, my primary mission is to ensure our customers can predictably adopt the great cloud features we are shipping as an organization. Our focus is also to ensure that Early Access Programs are successful and learnings from these programs are made available to our field, SI Partners and customers.With over 20 years of experience in software project management, delivery leadership, and consulting, I have a proven track record of leading and managing digital, data, and cloud transformations for Fortune 500 insurance companies as well as insurtechs.In my current and previous roles, I have excelled at taking abstract problems, defining a plan and driving cross-functional teams towards common outcomes.
