* Led Product Management and Product Engineering for FOX.com, FOX NOW, FXNOW and Nat Geo TV across iOS, Android, Apple TV/tvOS, Roku, XBOX, Fire devices, and Web.* Conceptualized, kicked-off and oversaw product development and launch of FOX's aggregated "Delta" TV Everywhere streaming platform.* Led development of industry-first broadcast network national primetime live streaming with dynamic local advertising.* Integrated three digital product teams into new cross-brand product and platform development organization.* Achieved over $700k in vendor savings within first two months of starting.

* Co-founded the start-up which was focused on the sharing of live or previously recorded mobile video.* Performed end-to-end architecture and software engineering of the Mainstream iOS app, all API services, and a purpose-built AWS-hosted video transcoding pipeline.* Invented a novel solution for upload-speed-based adaptive bitrate HLS video creation on a mobile device.

* Founded the business which was focused on a novel solutions for the remote monitoring of kids apps and devices and setting of parental controls.* Generated all business plans and financial modeling.* Assembled loosely-coupled team including tech, design and legal.* Raised $200k angel financing.* Developed working prototype platform.* Ceased operations and canceled/returned angel financing when Google entered the space with a similar solution in Android 4.3.

* Streaming media product development for Disney EMEA.* Oversaw product development of ABC TV On Demand.* Supported Spanish market team with product design and development of their first Smart TV Disney Channel app.* Initial product concept work on DisneyJR iPad application (eventually morphing into Disney Life).* Facilitated knowledge sharing between US-based Disney ABC Television Group and Disney Media Distribution EMEA.

* Continued focus on ABC's video streaming product and technology stack.* Partnered with MOVE Networks for one of the industry's earliest deployments of adaptive bitrate streaming (precursor to HLS, HDS, SmoothStreaming, DASH, etc).

* Engineering leadership for ABC.com, Oscar.com and ABC's industry-first Full Episode Player.* Filed 10 patents for user experience, digital media delivery and advertising.* Conceptualization of sponsored content interactive advertising experiences.* Invention of several now industry standard user experience solutions for ad insertion into online media (content-gating ads, countdown timers, location-based commercial break patterns).* Created novel solutions for video ad insertion, packaging and beaconing solutions (precursors to VAST and VMAP)* Earned Emmy Award and two additional nominations

* Senior member of WDPRO Technology organization contributing broadly across technology strategy, team development, and multiple projects.* Led engineering for Disneyland.com redesign (the most stable and performant product launched by WDPRO to that point), DisneyCruiseline.com (the first cruise site to enable pre-voyage reservations of at-sea excursions), and DisneyMeetings.com, where I helped reshape product strategy to split the project into two distinct solutions based on end-user personas and needs.
