Providing technical support and troubleshooting to users site in SPGroup Kallang.• Setup and inventory management of laptops, PCs, printers and other peripheralsequipment.• Attend to video conference issue faced within the board rooms (8 Crestron Rooms).• Regularly maintain/check the system health of the board rooms (8 Crestron Rooms).• Periodically check the wireless projection/Polycom phones/cameras are working.• Provide back-end support for live event broadcast• Other troubleshooting issues for Service Desk, including but not limited to the following:• Support and manage incoming Service Desk calls and walk-in’s users.• Perform Level 1 support for in-house applications and office software e.g. Office 365• Escalate the case to Level 2 support (if the issue cannot be resolved at Level 1)and workwith them to resolve the issue.• Support and manage various types of end point devices, including the hardware andsoftware inventory
