He directed all operations in Turkey Plant.In 2012, he started as a Managing Director at Başak Traktör. He has led production operations & HR & Financials.In 2014, he started as a Vice President Finance & HR & IT at HUGO BOSS İzmir .He was responsible for directing all aspects of Finance and Controlling, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration Services.In 2020 and currently he is working as a Managing Director at HUGO BOSS İzmir. He is responsible for leading around 5000 people and transforming and leading business models and building future for growth strategy. He has lead Leader Factory strategy as well as restructuring business models and integration of new opportunitiesIn addition he is acting as a deputy chairman of board at Kalder Izmir.
