In Sr.SysAdmin Level 3 position, I was a part of an exceptional group of dedicated Linux agents handling a major International Web-Hosting client by providing support through WHMCS ticketing system. I was responsible to answer all customer inquiries through the ticketing system, handle all cPanel related issues, migration of accounts within cPanel and from other control panels, provide necessary information and guide customers to configure their email clients, fix DNS and email issues. Tweaking and performance tuning of webservers, mail servers etc. I also assigned to fix DDoS attack, spamming on Linux servers and update the servers on regular basis. I troubleshoot and solve issues with servers involving system maintenance, its performance, firewalls, and accessibility. During this tenure, I assigned to answer all customer queries via tickets and Livechat. I was responsible for fixing issues with website errors, script misconfigurations, file permission/ownership, webserver and service configuration on remote Linux cPanel servers, email troubleshooting and email service configuration, DNS troubleshooting, domain registration, and all other inquiries. Rebuilding hacked WordPress, Joomla sites, updating to latest versions and fix almost all issues related to them. I was responsible for auditing Idera backup servers on weekly basis and report to Technical Engineer if I found any failed backup. Restore the accounts or database or any files or directories from Idera backup on-request basis.

In this position, I provided Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for a major web hosting client. Being a fresher in this company I learned to troubleshoot and solve issues with control panels like Plesk and cPanel. I was assigned to manage and monitor VPS servers and to fix any issues related to it. This was the first job in my life. In this company, I worked for Symantec Norton Antivirus as Virus Removal Specialist. In this position, I used to communicate with customers through LiveChat. When customer informed us regarding virus affecting the system, I access their computer or Laptop remotely and perform virus removal techniques. If failed to access it in the normal way, I will remotely access the machine in "Safe Mode with Networking" and do the troubleshooting.
