I am a professional with 10 Years Experience In Helpdesk Job and more than 1 years on Quality Assurance on StartUp. and now open to a new role.I started off my career as Helpdesk Officer Twelve Years Ago with Telkomsel Jateng DIY company where I perform my full-cycle Helpdesk duties such handling Company complaints via Remedy from call center or customer service for Network issue, analyzing and coordinating with other Network Department Area. I learn how to organize work and detail analyse on this job. My major accomplishment in this role is being chosen to become part of the SIAGA Team. I then moved to the Technical Support Team, Lead the team to Handling Server Machine on MSC, Solve Network problem, in this role I learned some Leadership skills and technical skills such How to maintain Server, Cross Connect, Voice Over and many technical things in Telecommunication.In 2019, I moved to AJAR Media Digital Company, a startup Company on Edutech such as Ruang Guru with a Hospitality Course.. My role is as a Quality Assurance Specialist. I got many skills in this role, adaptive , Fast Learner, leadership, management skills.
