Maintain safety stock & ROL level. 4. Maintain software and physical stock accuracy. 5. Ensure MIC and bin card entry. 6. Maintain designated area as per SOP and any other work assigned by department incharge.

• Raw Material Support to Production.• Process Damage Management. • Incoming Damage Management. • Co ordinate with QC • Person In Charge (PIC) for the CKD materials and Spare Parts processing at Hyundai Plant , Bangladesh. • PIC for Fuel yard ( Calibration, Maintain the fuel accuracy, Sop and Support to Operations) • Automobile paint msds and quality of paint with safety. •PIC for Consummables items & common items requirements for operation. • Co-ordinate With Vendors and Quality of product ensures.• PIC for Handling GRN and Bill related processes and Software. Such as VAT, PO, Chalan, Invoices, Petty cash and Update it to Software. • Process development and manufacturing cost management plans etc. (Dms, Check Sheet , inventory Process,Sop ) •Plant Safety Audit. • Co ordinate with Audit team • Plant Scm operations. • Stock report to Management . •Manpower handling.
