Easynet, London, UK.Incident Management Engineer:Working in Easynet as a second line Network Engineer, providing technical support to our clients, isolating/resolving faults in customer premises routers/switches, local exchange, Cisco MPLS infrastructure. Identify the source of the problem: service down/packet loss/latency/Intermittent connectivity issue, take the ownership of the fault and work towards the resolution. • Troubleshooting CPE on LAN, WAN, IGP: RIP v2, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, Virtual LAN, STP, ACL, NAT, HSRP, VRRP, DHCP, IPv6 and IP telephony: SIP trunking.• Investigating core routers and switches in local and international pops for MPLS, Pseudowires, IPVPN, Frame relay, BGP, vrf, QoS: Policy map, Load balancing, IPsec tunnel. Check Radius server for authentication.
