Analyzing Stock data to ascertain inventory stock norms, safety stock, build stock & category of each assigned direct materials for budget preparation & future procurement for better utilization of working capital management.3. Execute strategies of direct materials procurement of assigned categories to maintain the purchase rate variance within targeted budget by Negotiation, Synergy Purchase, Source diversification, liaison with global and local suppliers' and forward hedging.4. Managing coordination with OEM Partners, local vendors & suppliers related to negotiation of prices and quality of inventories till the deal is finalized.5. Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.).

1. Look after the entire supply chain process such as procurement (local & foreign), inventory control, distribution, and logistics functions (Inbound)2. Review supplier’s processes and identify improvement opportunities in processes and systems at supplier locations to improve quality, cost and flow of supplied materials throughout the entire supply chain.3. Work with New Product Development (NPD) teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers.4. Interact with NPD teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability.5. Use project management skills and tools to investigate alternate component technologies for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability and implements changes.6. Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.7. Coordinates routinely with other departments to assure effective and timely coordination and team work in procuring goods and services. Assist with quality problem resolutions.8. Prepare & maintain all kinds of Import & Export letter of Credits (LC) related documentations up to goods reach in user department.9. Cooperate with Sales and Marketing Department, Material Management Department and Plant for maintaining an optimal product and raw material level in the supply chain.9.
