  As the Tech Co-Founder at Bless, I play a pivotal role in driving the technological vision and execution of our platform. My responsibilities encompass overseeing team development, ensuring the growth and efficiency of our tech team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. I manage both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces, alongside robust server-side functionality.In addition, I oversee the optimization and scaling of cloud resources to support our platform’s performance and reliability. My role involves strategic planning with partners to align technology initiatives with business goals, as well as attending key meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and shape the future of our solutions. By combining technical expertise with strategic insight, I help Bless deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
