- Responsible for managing textile product dev and industrialization in seven countries, with sales of 92 million euros.- Development of 100% eco-designed product with an average customer rating of 4.74 for Décathlon soccer brand and also for professional clubs such as Nîmes Olympique, AS Nancy-Lorraine, Charleroi, Molenbeek, etc.- Create a design strategy, make a product development plan and monitor each stage- Coordinate product development phases (costing, prototyping, fittings, lab testing, regulatory compliance, etc.).- Develop components and accessories and manage the creation of mock-ups to validate functional expectations.- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of all products and facilitate the creation of technical documentation and tech packs via PLM.- Check size sets and master samples before mass production, validate GO PROD and complete homologation- Analyze product performance and take the necessary corrective measures in terms of quality with the production team, and make frequent visits to suppliers.

Work on operator skill matrix and line balancing for better efficiency
