Job description: Supervision & responsible for HR processes: - Maintaining HR system (employees benefit based on approved CLA, public holiday, rest day, mandatory or mass leave, etc.) - Payroll processes including employees grading, payroll supporting data, and salary correction. - Dealing with employees / Non Staff personnel action including leaves (annual leave, medical leave, replacement leave, maternity leave, and other paid or unpaid leaves), employees work group, employees activation (ID cards, access control) and termination, employees movement / rotation, etc. - Master Data/Head Count reports: * Daily (head count, absenteeism & tardiness reports) * Weekly (OT, various head count reports and contract employees incentive report) * Monthly (demography, working hours, balance leave, turn over, maternity, and payroll reports) * Quarterly and yearly reports (permanent employees incentive report), and * Various reports that used and requested by management. - Maintaining employees master document (updated & completely) - Support recruitment processes: * Maintaining the employees historical data to be used during the recruitment day (historical check for EOC, Resign, Unfit, Cases & Black List) * Interview & document check * Dexterity test * Photo session * PKWT or agreement sign Projects and achievements: - Staff Recruitment Process application system - Job Fair application system - Psychogram - Employee Master Data Search application system - KAIZEN events, SGA (Small Group Activity) and Differential Diagnosis
