For over 30 years, Ari Gutiérrez Arambula has been an advocate for the social development and empowerment of her community. Professional ExperienceAs the Director of Government Advertising for the Daily Journal Corporation, Ms. Gutiérrez Arambula provides social marketing and public awareness advertising placement services to government agencies. She manages a statewide team of regional account managers and media buyers in providing professional ad placement services for governmental advertising that meets the letter and spirit of the law and fulfills marketing objectives. Community Service As a leader in her community, Ari dedicates her community work to increasing support and quality of life for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and gender non-conforming identified members of the Latinx community and their families. Ms. Gutiérrez Arambula is a co-founder of HONOR PAC (Political Action Committee) and the founding Advisory Board President of the Latino Equality Alliance, a non-profit organization providing advocacy, leadership development and public education that honors cultural traditions and is accessible to youth and their parents. She also serves as the programming chair for the Stonewall Democratic Club, and treasurer for the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare Foundation. As a visionary leader with conviction, capacity and follow-through, Ms. Gutierrez Arambula and a volunteer team of media spokespersons, community organizers, educators and advocates provide a voice to the Latinx community and are improving the quality of life for Latinx LGBTQ-GNB people and their families.
