I was born in Los Angeles (I'm a valley girl ! ), but uprooted just in time for the pandemic and have made a home of New York City since. I've often been referred to as a jack of all trades especially considering the fact that I've always got a few tricks up my sleeve. My parents are Japanese and Persian so I have the privilege of speaking three languages rather fluently. My area of expertise is without a doubt real estate. We all start somewhere and my introduction was a house in the Hollywood Hills where I was working as a server on the TV show, Million Dollar Listing. Somewhere between serving champagne for LA's wealthiest clientele and today, I've managed to purchase multiple properties of my own. A little bit of luck brought me to my first condo in Los Angeles that I purchased at 21 years old, rented for some time, and eventually fixed and flipped. Today, I have my primary in Brooklyn and two houses in Atlanta and Pompano Beach which serve as passive streams of income as well as long term investments. I am also licensed as a real estate salesperson in both New York and California. That said, I dropped out of Uni so my college education, my degree is the life that I live every day. Everything that I know about real estate from the use of non-conventional loans to project managing a full renovation to interior design come from personal trial and error. I have always been my own biggest and most valuable investment.Outside of real estate, I have about a thousand business ideas that I'd like to execute in this life time and where a perfect universe would allow me all the hours in the day to do everything, the universe is not perfect and I always need help moving things along which is where I figure LinkedIn is an ideal platform to connect with others who may share my ambition, dreams, and passions.Currently looking - to build a team to expand my real estate portfolio- for a partner to open a café with in New York City - for mentorship in real estate, business ownership- to make worthwhile connections with genuine and like minded individuals
