I’m Arianna, a dedicated Human Resources Management student at PaceUniversity, passionate about enhancing the employee experience.As someone from a Hispanic background, I deeply value the opportunities I receive. Mygrandparents immigrated from Cuba to the United States in the late 1950s, seeking betterjob prospects and a chance for my mother to pursue the American Dream. Inspired by theirjourney, I aspire to work in HR to provide others with the same opportunities my familyreceived and was able to give me.I am particularly interested in employee relations, recruitment, and career development.My experience as a front desk associate at a boarding facility has equipped me withessential skills in teamwork, communication, research, time management, andorganization. I’m eager to continue learning about the HR landscape as I advance in mystudies.Outside of academics, I’m actively involved in Pace University’s cheerleading team, whereI’ve further developed my communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
