Responsible for design, usage, improvements and availability of the Leader in Me Online education platform internationally. Develop and execute strategies for increasing usage of our online learning platform.- Initially, this entailed managing resource and online course availability using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Buzz (from Agilix). - However, after launching a new in-house-designed platform in September 2019, the new site is now available in 18 languages in addition to English. - The new learning platform also includes an assessment tool translated into 16 languages.- This includes 12 libraries of content of various formats are now available in addition to English on the new platform.- There are 26 online courses offered on the new platform. - This work has led to growing usage throughout the world with well over 100k educators currently.- Previous to our new platform, certified 51 webmasters and launched 27 sites globally on the Buzz platform (Agilix).

Direct development of technology used for home verification services. Manage all aspects of building a cell tower and launching cell technology for customer use. This includes tracking of milestones achieved by vendors, creation/audit of purchase orders, overseeing budget for the build, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. 911, FCC, etc.) and collaboration with engineering partners. In the first 6 months, responsible for turning up more than 70 cell sites across UMTS and LTE Technologies.

Client requests prompted the type of work completed.
