Electromobility is changing the industrial vehicle world. My role aims at contributing to the greatest challenges in the shift towards large-scale implementation of electric vehicles. This position involves exciting topics such as driving performance, autonomy / range and regulatory compliance: - Improvement of eMobility technical solutions for various applications and across several markets (Distribution, Refuse, Fridge, etc) - Validation of new energy storage systems (Batteries) - Validation of electric drivelines and complete vehicles- Follow-up of customer use & satisfaction

My role as a feature leader at Volvo Group aims at coping with the future challenges of fuel consumption, GHG emissions reduction for Industrial Vehicles. This by continuously improving Energy Economy across several markets; through platform-based production and modularity. It involves: - Project management + Definition of energy economy and driving performance targets + Project planning and management of verification and validation actions + Risk estimation and solution process of quality problems - Knowledge of customer needs / customer satisfaction + Breakdown customer targets into technical requirements + Continuously position the transport solution in relation to competition + Support the brands to define the best transport solution for each use- Technical expertise of a wide range of transport solutions + Continuously improve knowledge + Lead advanced engineering actions

- Research & innovation projects: Building and coordination of projects in the fields of Energy and Sustainable Mobility: * Evaluation and validation of conventional and alternative energies and fuels: production pathways, properties, logistics, suitability with powertrain systems, specifications * Powertrain systems development and evaluation (Testing, Modelling) * Evaluation of energy efficiency and environmental impact.- Transport and energy policy: Involvement in several french and international standardization and coordination committees.- Capacity building and knowledge dissemination: Coordination of conferences, Scientific publications, expertise reports and training materials, lecturer in higher education institutions (Sorbonne University, IFP School, Ecole des Mines de Paris).
