I'm looking for continuing my journey in ICT world first as a system specialist and even as a team leader. My extensive experience in ICT business has lead to strong knowledge in network technology and system design and implementation. After multiple projects, I have a good idea how to deal with different stages of a project and in addition, make it easier for the less tech savvy to understand what's going on. The last time period in LAN Group Finland Oy (LGF), I worked as a consultant. Working with projects and consulting clients with their new goals and challenges with system infrastructure, taught me a great deal about working with production systems and of course different business needs.Before that, I worked several years as a system instructor teaching network technologies, Compaq/HP server and network hardware and network operating systems, like Netware, Microsoft server and Suse linux. During this time period, I learned to work in pressing situations, keeping the matter at hand in mind and answering people's questions while teaching.I started as a technical support back in 1995. It was insightful to learn that the technical support is not only working with technical difficulties, but also helping people to handle the situation, before their situtation was fixed.
