Ensuring the Quality of Materials used in Manufacturing of Crystalline Based Photovoltaic Modules of various power ranges.Maintaining the Quality of finished product as par standards specified in the Standard- "IEC 61215". Designing of PV Systems (Grid Connected / Stand Alone) as per customer’s requirement, preparing of engineering manual, project report and to ensure design is as per quality and safety norms. Recently I have been given the responsibility of installation and operation of Automatic Photovoltaic Module Manufacturing Line of Capacity 25MW which has been imported from NPC (Japan). The Manufacturing Line includes Automatic Tabbing & Stringing Machine, Automatic Lay-Up Machine, Laminator, Module Tester and EL Inspector. Have undergone intense training regarding the Operation and Maintenance of these machineries, imparted by the NPC (Japan) Personal. Apart from these present responsibilities I am also the Management Representative of the organization.
