Throughout the career spanned over 13+ years, performed versatile and challenging roles for British Telecom (current) and Tata Consultancy Services Limited (Previous). In British Telecom, I am currently acting as solution designer and in-life lead for system which handles demanding telecom broadband product in UK market. Responsibilities include - 1. designing and orchestrating functionalities in a transactional, Java based system. 2. Communication and collaboration among multiple stakeholders. 3. Design and implementation of test driven development system. 4. Evaluation of overall system functioning. 5. Ensure alignment to a DevOps paradigm. 6. Ensure project meets timeline and requirement. In British Telecom (2018 - 2021), I have acted as program manager for DevOps and intelligent automation implementation for multiple estates consisting 50+ teams. As part of this role, I am responsible to define KPI and areas of improvement, measure the maturity, coordination, negotiating cost and distribute as per requirement of teams. I am also responsible to look over the progress and deliver the result on time as per agreement.In British Telecom (2015 – 2018) I have acted as Single Point Of Contact for production support through fusion middleware technologies, Release management for two critical migration projects which are unique in its character, as it is aimed at transformation of legacy mainframe technology to modern system. Simultaneously built an efficient team, trained them and acted as technical mentor for the same team. In parallel, I supported mainframe design to prepare techno functional architecture for development team for same migration projects.In Tata Consultancy Services (2010-2015), I worked as senior resource performing mainframe development, maintenance and testing for 5+ years. I am experienced with all stages of SDLC cycles.
