On time fulfillment of hiring numbers, Vendor Management, Exploring various channels of hiring, meeting Hiring Quality, Provisioning Hiring Budget, Setting goal for the team, meeting Compliance Parameters, Setting reviews for the team and Follow up and Follow Through on day to day activities, Liaison with the various stake holders, Handling Bulk and Back fill hiring, Transitioning Business Processes with respect to Talent Acquisition etc. Preparing Vendorship contracts with aid of the Legal Team and ensure payouts.
