As an HR L&D Professional at Bandhan Bank, I design and deliver learning and development programs for the employees, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and performance. I hold an MBA degree in HRM from Tripura University, where I graduated with distinction. I also have experience as an Assistant Professor at The ICFAI University Tripura and Techno College of Engineering Agartala, where I taught HRM and entrepreneurship courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students, and mentored them on their projects and assignments. I am skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, which I use to create and analyze reports, charts, and dashboards. I am also proficient in management, team building, and leadership, which I demonstrate in my roles as a HR Trainer and a Research Scholar.
