Worked as analyst for the data migration and modernization project for BCBS – KC, built the ETL pipeline to move data from Facet Sybase tables and Edifecs Oracle repository data into Data Lake hosted in Azure cloud (Azure storage gen2 and SQL DW in Azure).● Worked on the Data migration project migrating healthcare data from Facet Sybase and Edifecs GBD into Azure Data Lake. Assisted withData lake design, extensive data analysis of all 3 source systems & working as lead analyst to support the migration.● Created ETL Extraction Strategy architecture as part of Development plan to extract & load data from source systems to staging and to ECBDestination servers. ● The Shield Advance Channel Project goal is to migrate the mission critical EDI system from old See Beyond technology to upgrade to new technology using ESB – WebSphere Message Broker, MQ, and WebSphere App server, WTX, WPG and Edifecs Engine & Edifecs TM. In the first phase of the project, the new channel will process the EDI transactions and will send them to the same backend legacy systems (RTMS, AS400, and TPSU).● Lead the release of the 834 transactions in the new channel. The 834 transaction was selected as the first transaction to live in production in November 2009.● Involved creating to-be architecture of the 837 and 27x transaction flow for blue exchange.
