Worked as analyst for the data migration and modernization project for BCBS – KC, built the ETL pipeline to move data from Facet Sybase tables and Edifecs Oracle repository data into Data Lake hosted in Azure cloud (Azure storage gen2 and SQL DW in Azure).● Worked on the Data migration project migrating healthcare data from Facet Sybase and Edifecs GBD into Azure Data Lake. Assisted withData lake design, extensive data analysis of all 3 source systems & working as lead analyst to support the migration.● Created ETL Extraction Strategy architecture as part of Development plan to extract & load data from source systems to staging and to ECBDestination servers. Used Edifecs EAM and XES route and WebSphere MQ to develop jobs for extracting, cleaning, transforming andloading data into Azure Data Lake.● Experienced with setting up new Edifecs smart trading and Enrollment management platform for BCBS-KC and engaged in upgrading thesmart trading platform to the newest Edifecs releases. ● The Shield Advance Channel Project goal is to migrate the mission critical EDI system from old See Beyond technology to upgrade to new technology using ESB – WebSphere Message Broker, MQ, and WebSphere App server, WTX, WPG and Edifecs Engine & Edifecs TM. In the first phase of the project, the new channel will process the EDI transactions and will send them to the same backend legacy systems (RTMS, AS400, and TPSU).● Lead the release of the 834 transactions in the new channel. The 834 transaction was selected as the first transaction to live in production in November 2009.● Involved creating to-be architecture of the 837 and 27x transaction flow for blue exchange. Enhanced the 27x Real-time processing engine to satisfy the SLA requirement (under 10 sec)● Technology Stack used: WebSphere Message Broker, IBM WebSphere App Server, IBM MQ, Edifecs XEngine, Edifecs TM, QNXT

● Worked as senior lead consultant/Developer on Medicaid implementations for the SI Accenture team to integrate multiple EDI subsystems within Texas Medicaid, increased ROI by 40%, by reducing cost and increased efficiency. ● NPI full compliance project - Lead the project team for implementing the NPI change for all the HIPAA transaction - 837, 270/271, 835, 276/277 using See Beyond e*Gate 4.5.3 and Edifecs XEngine● The new TexMed Connect tool will be used to submit the request for claims and eligibility & CSI transaction.
