Current• Oversee the development and implementation of effective paid media strategies for clients, ensuring executional excellence and results-oriented outcomes.• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, identify opportunities to cross-sell services such as search engine optimization, web development, and data analytics.• Drive adoption and proficiency in the proprietary analytics tool, LXRInsights, and provide training to team members on report visualization using PowerBI and Google Datastudio.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs and tools to facilitate change management and process optimization.• Ensure paid media projects are staffed with the right personnel with necessary skills, experience, knowledge, and abilities.• Manage and mentor a team of paid media strategists. Communicate business objectives to the team to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
