• Develop, communicate and implement the divisional planning and fulfillment strategy, ensuring that strategy is aligned with Business Area P&F strategy and the overall Division strategy.• Lead the design, deployment, facilitation and improvement of Division Sales and Operations Planning, Procurement process and Inventory Management according to agreed targets set in the Division strategy and assure alignment in line with Group/Business Area instructions.• Lead the end-to-end (E2E) P&F process and optimization by balancing, performance (Lead times, Service levels, OTD, etc), cost (Logistical cost, capacity buffers, etc) and NWC (Inventory) according to targets.• Work actively to improve key performance drivers such as planning accuracy, value chain capability and limitations visibility, fulfillment processes, performance and cost effectiveness of logistical and forwarder solutions, etc.• Lead the global development/harmonization of the of the fulfillment/procurement process through the local P&F organizations.• Develop and implement suitable S&OE processes in the local units• Coach and train local units in developing detailed gap analyses across the value chain and provides solutions to reach expected customer service levels while balancing inventory and cost on a regular basis.• Drive behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through initiatives and Division Functional Communities.• Work with Division management/BA Domain Community to help them to select appropriate technology, and to validate that processes, training and technology is being considered appropriately.

1. Create, implement and refresh the functional strategic plan and implement appropriate programs to address evolving business requirements or issues, collaborating with Group and other divisions, regions, carriers, freight forwarders and other supply chain partners.2. Align development plans for managers to the functional strategic plan to create structure, accountability, responsibility and focus.3. Achieve all agreed targets for People (safety, absence, engagement), Customer Service (OTIF, serviceability), Business Process (order fill rate, forecast accuracy, waste management), Financial OPEX, CAPEX, inventory days) and other metrics.4. Leverage available resources and set the benchmark for project management, planning and execution using Lean, ‘right first time’ approaches to eliminate waste and failure.5. Lead the implementation, ongoing management and effectiveness of the Sales and Operations Planning program.6. Guide Information System strategy and development for Supply Chain Operations, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Forecasting and Transportation Management.7. Develop Compliance and control SLAs (Service level Agreement), monitoring framework in coordination with corporate compliance and audit functions. Ensure adherence with the terms of agreement and SLAs within organization and the external vendors.8. Improve and build (SOP)the defined processes and attain a sustained performance standard.9. Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets, which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market to include: Terms and conditions, supplier selection/de-selection, evaluation and rationalization of supply chain solutions including vendor managed inventory, supplier consignments and safety stock.

Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.3. Lead training, hiring, career development and enrichment of all department associates.4. Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by sku along with lot date at 3PL warehouse locations.5. Establish and manage relations with warehouses, ocean carriers, customs broker, drayage providers, sales force and customers.6. Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping cost.7. Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages.8. Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.9. Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.

1. Supervise daily Distribution center and Clearing and Forwarding agency operations, including training of employees, routing, inventory, quality assurance, dispatching, documentation, compliance, and other assistance as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.2. Develop, implement, and maintain documentation for all policies, processes, and procedures in the supply chain, logistics and freight management area to ensure consistent practices and maintain efficiencies and economies of scale; ensure documentation is up-to-date and easy to access.3. Build and track cost and productivity metrics and KPIs to drive cost savings, service improvements, and progress toward operational targets. 4. Develop and oversee processes for management of transportation initiatives, including liaising between transport companies, negotiating contracts, coordinating deliveries and enforcing deadlines, implementing 3PL onboarding programs, sourcing new carriers, and ensuring compliance with international commercial terms (INCOTERMS).5. Onboard and train internal team members, including shipping and warehouse personnel. Supervise and train external partners, such as Customs Broker, on internal policies as needed.6. Oversee and audit compliance and recordkeeping programs and facilitate timely delivery and accuracy of required paperwork and documentation, quotes, transportation contracts, LTL/FTL shipment tracking, customs bonds, and customs duty payments. 7. Work cross-functionally with other teams to explain and enhance logistics operations, systems, and data; add customs valuation expertise and support for supply chain and import/export cross-functional discussions. 8. Manage inventory control to minimize theft and damages, ensure proper storage and rotation, and verify proper packaging and handling procedures
