Analysed the different types of self-service kiosks available in the Indian market and identified opportunities of implementing it at the RBL branches and also evaluated branches for the feasibility to set-up self-service kiosks.Conducted Market Research survey using online questionnaire on 200 people from various demographics to understand the customer needs, demands and pain-points & identified the types of kiosks required to set up in RBL.Benchmarked RBL Bank with the other leading private banks as a part of secondary research to understand what strategies competitors are applying to set-up self-service kiosks and which services are offered through kiosks.Devised scalable model using Excel to identify the min. number of transactions required for the kiosks to be feasible.

BookBazaar is on the process of expansion around various other college campuses across the state and country. Worked to create , DigiLib, The Online Library where anyone with a valid association with the institute can request/issue a hold on the library books of their choice .
