Resco is a New Zealand based company which uses comapct laminate to make a variety of diffrent products such as; toilet and shower partitions, Labratory Benches and Wall Lining. Theese products are required in a number of diffrent projects throughout the pacific for a varity of diffrent commercial projects such as; Schools, Office buildings, and Sports Facilities. Ariki's journey at Resco began in the factory where he worked as a factory hand, helping with basic tasks during the manufacturing and packing process of the products. However he quickly moved from the factory into the office where he assisted the team in the role of an intern. Recently he has become a full sales team member and undergoes a number of tasks which interact directly with the customer experience. This role includesa number of diffrent tasks including; responding to customer inquiries through phone and email, preparing quotes, and attending trade shows.

Working in both front of house and the kitchen broadened my skillset, and developed my problem solving and multitasking abilities. My responsibilities in this role ranged from interacting with customers, to cooking and preparing food.

Trudi Jaye is a Independent Publisher based in New Zealand. My responsibilities varied through a range of administrative tasks. Some of which included communicative and social media management, advertising, and helping with the publishing process.

As a tutor mentor, my primary responsibilities include; coordinating tutor training and evaluating tutoring performance, whilst recommending potential areas of improvement.

Commercial Law at 100 level was my specialty within tutoring. As a tutor my responsibilities included, running tutorials and office drop in sessions as well as contacting students. In this role I have perfected a plethora of skills which are applicable to a number of different circumstances, such as; key communication skills, negotiation of concepts and the ability to be flexible and think on my feet.Ability to build meaningful positive relationships with students.The confidence to teach adults in a professional environment.
