Together with my co-founders we build a software (US patent) that allows users to interact with their business system completely without typing from mobile devices. We use touch as main input and support that with voice and pictures where applicable.Zero Keyboard is used globally by hundreds of enterprise customers including Fortune 500 companies. Zero Keyboard is fully integrated with the world’s most popular CRM system Salesforce and has offices in Helsinki, Finland, and Chicago, United States.

Invited to San Francisco for an exclusive 1 month mentorship with only 3 other participants hosted by Neal Dempsey from Bay Partners. Neal was one of the first investors in Starbucks and at Bay Partners has led investments to over $2.5 billion in returns. Neal’s ability to drive successful outcomes landed him on the Forbes Midas List, which lists the top 100 venture capitalists in the world.This was one of the life changing events. We spent 4-10 hours each day with Neal blazing through Silicon Valley meeting VC investors, founders and boards of seed to late stage companies. To this day we are meeting regularly with the NRS team and Neal. Absolutely crazy once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Responsibility for building and improving Efecte's partner channel and creating new business opportunities for our Service Management Suite offering.Working together with our partners we managed to go head to head with the largest Service Management software providers and win. By designing and implementing projects for Fortune 1000 companies we were able to gain market share outside our home market of Nordics.

Leading Efecte Global Support. My team consisted of skillful Customer Success professionals and technicians. We offered end-to-end (1st, 2nd & 3rd level) premium support services for our direct end customers, partners and Efecte technical consultants.I implemented ITIL best practices for our team. Although our processes became even more precise and effective, I didn't want to lose the personal touch we had created between the support team and our customers. Our strongest asset was a strong team play between the professionals in each level of the Support.
