Handle high-visibility escalated issues for Enterprise B2B Video Conferencing support team. Advise T2 & T1 techs, Sales Engineering, Sales Execs, and external support teams.Troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet, for entire lineup of Logitech B2B VC hardware - Rally Bar, Roommate, Rally System, Meetup, Tap, Tap Scheduler, NUC, Group, Conference Cam Connect, PTZ Pro 2, plus many other webcams & headsets. Deep knowledge of Logitech Sync, LogiTune, RightSight, RightSight 2.Prepare iKB articles and customer facing FAQ's. Participate in process changes with leadership, PM tasks in Agile-light atmosphere with Asana task board.Collaborate with other support organizations to handle AV integration challenges, software update, & network configuration issues. Interface with PMs and engineering for bug fixes and new features. Update customers as fixes progress through engineering teams. Mentor & train other technicians, present fix info internally to other teams.Google Chat/GSuite/GMeet, Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, Expensify, Pluralsight, Workday.Active member in Rising Professionals ERG.
