I am a psychology student currently enrolled in Padjajaran University, and wishes to study more about the human resources department, event management, organizational development and later work within the department.Open-mindedness is my motto. I will take critics to level-up myself instead of shutting out people, and being stubborn. I also love to analize people's behaviour to understand their background and personality. I will also take notes on other people's opinion and perspective so that we can work together collectively. I also put forward other values such as collaboration, and friendliness as my work motto. Because of my experience in BPM, PMB, and other organizations, I have enhanced my skills in this area.From my first year of college until now, I took multiple organizations and commitees. This allowed me to learn many new skills such as project planning, teamwork, team building, leadership, event organization, and communication.With that being said, I am very interested in working within any departments within the Psychology industry.
